My focus is on managing strategic customer programs, change processes and digital transformation. In my projects, I prefer transparency and collaboration by working with cross-functional teams and within flat hierarchies. I have a deep understanding about IT and many years of experience in hybrid Project Management methods, including agile approaches such as Scrum, DevOps and Design Thinking. Alongside, I have intercultural expertise as I am used to work in international environments. During my projects, I have been managing teams in different locations: on-site, outsourcing partners and also offshore and nearshore teams in Asia and Eastern Europe.

I have a comprehensive understanding of Web Technologies, Cloud Computing and IT Security. Throughout the years, I had the opportunity to gather profound knowledge about the Internet industry, E-Commerce and insight across various industry sectors from an IT perspective.

Arvato Supply Chain Solutions SE

Program Management and Change consulting for strategic corporate programs. Agile Project Management with a focus on Digital Transformation and Cloud. Support of a company-wide strategic program for Digital Transformation as the Transformation Lead of the Arvato SCS IT department: Workshop organization, identification of pilot use cases and projects, Definition of agile role descriptions for IT team members.

Microsoft

Product Ownership for Courseware Marketplace, an online B2B marketplace operated by Arvato, where Learning Partners worldwide can purchase official Microsoft course material (print and digital). The digital courseware is being delivered via an E-Reader app running on Windows, Android, iOS and on the Web.

Toll Collect GmbH

Project management and consulting for the implementation and rollout of an online diagnostic and support portal for service employees, based on the eGain Knowledge Agent module, using eGain’s CBR engine. In addition, the portal has been integrated with Toll Collect’s HPSM support ticket system.

Arvato eCommerce GmbH

Project management and consulting for an international and multi-lingual rollout of the eGain platform for the client’s customer support center (Mail & CallTrack, Web Self Service, Pro-active Chat). In addition, an ERP system, the telephony system and further internal tools were integrated, using Web Service technology.

Coolblue B.V.

Project Management for the implementation and rollout of the eGain platform (Mail & CallTrack) within the service organization of Coolblue B.V., which is the largest Online Retailer in the Netherlands. Also in scope is the integration of a telephony system and the client’s ERP solution via Web Service technology.

Télefonica Soluciones

Project management and consulting for an international and multi-lingual rollout of the eGain platform for the client’s service center (Mail & CallTrack). The platform is operated on behalf of Télefonica’s own customer NH Hotels. In addition, the telephony system of the end customer was integrated, using Web Service technology.
